Made in Bulgaria with Austrian technology
The VIVA Plast profile was developed, constructed and tested with the help of engineers from the German Institute in Rosenheim.
The system complies with the requirements of EN 12608 developed by the European Committee for the Regulation of PVC Systems. It is produced with the latest equipment offered by the leading companies “Greiner Extrusionstechnik” and “Krauss Maffei” on the world market.
The fully automated production process guarantees high quality, which is controlled by a specially developed program from the Greiner Extrusionstechnik Institute – GETU.
For the first time in Bulgaria, the most modern moulds with a special coating are used – the so-called “POWER TOOLS”.
The surface of VIVA Plast profiles has the highest gloss class and light absorbing ability. High-quality lead-free materials ensure an environmentally friendly profile in compliance with clean environment standards.
VIVA Plast profiles exposed to drastic amplitude atmospheric conditions (humidity, average monthly temperatures above 35°C and -10°C, variable atmospheric pressure, acid rain) retain their integrity, surface, gloss and colour intact.
