Kommerling 70 mm is a 5 chamber system with 70 mm construction depth for the production of plastic windows. The technical feature here is the innovative steel reinforcement with patented geometry with extremely good thermal insulation properties.
It meets the highest requirements in terms of thermal and noise insulation. The claddings installed in the profile system and screwed into the reinforcement offer a high degree of basic resistance to collapse. The Class 1 and Class 2 anti-burst ratings are also reached without problem.
The system is also exemplary in terms of environmental friendliness: as the first globally significant manufacturer, the KÖMMERLING brand started to use exclusively and exclusively fresh lead-free PVC with “green” calcium-zinc-based stabilizers in the production of plastic profiles in parallel with recycled material.
